I recently stumbled upon TekLinks Engineer Travis Evans at a make-shift desk next to System Administrator II David Hossler.
There were lots of quips and laughs as the two worked. I thought, “Wow! Our team really does like each other.” I mean, these two are some of our coolest techies. I wouldn’t be surprised to see them hanging out.
But after a little digging (aka relentless questioning), I learned that our engineers are once a month relocating their workstations to pair with a support staff member to resolve issues for customers while offering valuable mentoring.
Kudos, team! Great effort.
